🇬🇧 UK RETURNS

  • We accept returns on UK orders within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

🌍 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging

  • Returns requested after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed parcels

📦 CONDITION OF RETURNS

  • All returned items must be securely packaged

  • For safety, please return jewellery in a padded envelope or box

  • Items showing signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund

💳 REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
